This Privacy Policy explains how Prime Tech Associates LLC, a Nevada limited liability company doing business as FixRight collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the Platform. FixRight does not sell personal information.

5.1 Information we collect

• Account and contact information: name, email address, telephone number, and login credentials.
• Property and request information: service addresses, property type, access notes (such as gate codes, pets, and parking), home details you choose to save, descriptions, photographs, and videos.
• Job records: Service Professional assigned, Price Bands, approvals, Arrival PIN verification events, photographs, sign-offs, receipts, reviews, and support tickets.
• Communications: content of in-app messages and texts sent through masked numbers, and call records (time, duration, and participants). We do not record call audio.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe for Prime Tech; we receive limited details such as card type, last four digits, and transaction status, never full card numbers.
• Location: captured only when a Service Professional records arrival or takes a job photo, and approximate location from your device when you use address search. We do not track location continuously.
• Service Professional verification: license, insurance, business registration, tax identification, and payout details; identity verification processed by Stripe Identity; background-check results, with your consent, from a consumer reporting agency (we retain a pass or fail result, not the report).
• Device and usage information: browser and device type, pages viewed, and interactions, collected through cookies and similar technologies for security, functionality, and analytics.

5.2 How we use information

To provide the Platform; transmit requests and dispatch Jobs; verify Service Professionals; process payments and refunds; send transactional messages; administer the Service Standard and resolve disputes; protect the safety and security of users; detect and prevent fraud; analyze and improve the Platform; and comply with legal obligations.

5.3 How we share information

With the Service Professional assigned to your Job (only what is needed to perform it, with telephone numbers masked); with service providers that host, process payments, send messages, verify identity, perform background checks, and provide analytics, under confidentiality obligations; with a Customer's authorized property manager or landlord where you request or authorize it; with authorities when required by law or to protect safety; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

5.4 Retention

We keep Job records for four years after a Job to support warranties, disputes, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them. Service Professional identity and insurance documents are deleted 90 days after a Service Professional leaves the Platform, except where retention is required by law.

5.5 Security

We protect personal information with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, multi-factor authentication for administrative access, and access logging. If a breach of the security of computerized personal information occurs, we will notify affected individuals as required by NRS 603A.

5.6 Your choices and rights

You may access, correct, or delete your account information in the Platform or by emailing hello@fixright.io, subject to records we must keep. You may opt out of non-transactional text messages by replying STOP and out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link. Nevada residents may submit a verified request directing us not to sell covered information under NRS 603A.340; although FixRight does not sell personal information, you may send that request to hello@fixright.io with the subject "Nevada Opt-Out."

5.7 Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to operate the Platform and analytics tools to understand how it is used. You can control cookies through your browser and our cookie notice. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals but honor the choices available in our cookie notice.

5.8 Children

The Platform is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

5.9 Changes and contact
