How FixRight works
We’re a referral and dispatch platform — not the company swinging the wrench. Here’s exactly who does what for customers and pros in Las Vegas Valley, Mesquite & Pahrump.
After-hours policy: Preferred start 6:00 PM–5:59 AM local = after-hours. Customer premium $150 flat — $120 to the pro, $30 to FixRight (coordination). Labor price band unchanged: FixRight takes 15% of labor only; pro keeps 85% of labor. The $120 premium is in addition to labor (not reduced by the 15%). Example: After 6pm: +$150 (pro gets $120 · FixRight $30). Labor still 85% to the pro. Intake 24/7.

We refer & dispatch
FixRight matches an eligible request with a licensed independent pro, communicates a typical rate-card price band, and confirms an arrival window. License # appears on confirmation. License verified monthly.

Pro does the work
Your independent pro is contractor of record. Photo-verified completion where applicable. If a covered workmanship issue returns in 30 days, we dispatch a callback and waive our dispatch fee (Callback Commitment).

Apply & complete verification
License, insurance, and photos. Agree to rate-card bands. Activation requires license + insurance verification and FixRight approval. You’re onboarded as an independent contractor — not an employee of FixRight.

Accept qualified job cards
Issue details, band, and access notes up front. No bidding war. Stay within band unless the customer approves out-of-band work in writing.

Complete & get paid
You remain contractor of record. Referral fee is 15% (volume 12% at 40+ jobs/month). See the Pro agreement.

Pricing clarity
Bands, not mystery pricing
Typical plumbing bands (examples): drain clear $150–$275 · running toilet $140–$220 · disposal replace $250–$400. Full card on the pros page. Other trade bands confirmed when we match your job.
If a job is outside the accepted price band, work stops until the customer approves the new band in writing.
