FixRight is built on trust between people who open their homes and people who work in them. Everyone on the Platform agrees to the following.

7.1 Non-discrimination

Customers and Service Professionals may not decline, cancel, price, or treat a Job differently based on race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, familial status, military or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Service Professionals may decline Jobs for legitimate business reasons such as distance, scheduling, expertise, or safety.

7.2 Safety and respect

Treat each other and each other's property with courtesy and care.
No harassment, threats, violence, or sexual conduct of any kind.
No drugs or alcohol while performing or supervising work.
Report unsafe conditions immediately. In an emergency involving gas, fire, or injury, call 911 first.

7.3 Honesty

Describe issues and work accurately; no false requests, reviews, or reports.
Keep payment for Jobs introduced through FixRight on the Platform.
Customers: share your Arrival PIN only with the Service Professional in person.

7.4 Enforcement

FixRight may investigate reports, review Job records and communications, and suspend or remove anyone who violates this Policy. Report concerns through the Platform's Report a Problem form or at hello@fixright.io.
