This short policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our website, booking forms, phone/SMS, and related services in Las Vegas & Henderson.

1. Who we are

FixRight is a referral and dispatch platform that connects customers with licensed plumbers. We are not the plumbing contractor of record. Payment may be processed so funds settle to the plumber (e.g., Stripe Connect).

2. Information we collect

• Identity & contact: name, phone, email
• Job details: service address, city, issue description, urgency, access notes
• Media: optional photo URLs or uploads (before/after job photos)
• Communications: call/SMS/email content needed to schedule and support jobs
• Payment-related: limited billing metadata; card data is handled by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe) — we do not store full card numbers on our servers
• Technical: IP address, device/browser type, basic analytics cookies or similar

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

3. How we use information

• Schedule and dispatch licensed plumbers
• Communicate price bands, arrival windows, and callbacks
• Verify completion (photos/sign-off)
• Process payments and referral fees
• Improve service quality and prevent fraud/abuse
• Comply with law and enforce terms
• Send service messages; marketing only with consent where required (opt out anytime)

4. How we share information

We share job-necessary information with:

• Licensed plumbers on our bench (to perform the job)
• Payment processors (e.g., Stripe)
• Hosting / SMS / email / form providers that process data on our instructions
• Professional advisors (attorney, accountant) under confidentiality
• Authorities when required by law or to protect safety/rights

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not sell leads to multiple competing contractors in an Angi-style auction model.

Holding context: Prime Tech Associates may provide operational support; brands remain distinct.

5. SMS and calls

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and texts about booking, dispatch, and callbacks. Message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of marketing texts. You may still receive transactional messages about an active request.

6. Retention

We keep job records as long as needed for callbacks, accounting, disputes, and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify when appropriate.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

8. Your choices

• Access/update/correct your contact info by emailing us
• Request deletion subject to legal/operational retention needs
• Opt out of non-essential marketing
• Disable cookies via browser settings (site may not function fully)

9. Third-party links

Our site may link to third parties (e.g., Stripe). Their privacy practices are their own.

10. Changes
